The Countdown to Fashion's Night Out Turns 4!

On September 6th, 2012, join fashionistas and designers from New York and all over the world as they celebrate the fashion industries most iconic extravaganza, Fashion's Night Out (FNO). 

Fashion's Night Out began in 2009 to celebrate fashion first, boost the industry's economy during the recession (thank goodness), and put the FUN back in shopping!  This year Fashion's Night Out is celebrating 4 years and this year in New York (where it all began), The Empire State Building will be lit in RED in celebration.

So you can't make to NYC or Miami? More Style in Corona del Mar.....Onquestyle is Expanding

Corona del Mar will be a twice as stylish starting this Monday, August 6, 2012.  After weeks and weeks of knocking down walls, moving windows and doors, and let's not forget the non-stop hammering, we're excited to announce the expansion of Onquestyle.  The newly expanding store will be double size which means double the handbags and much, much more to see!

The additional square footage allows us to offer our customers an amazing array of liuxury and contemporary designer women’s apparel, handbags, shoes in a modern and beautifully designed environment.

Consignment Goes Reality TV, Finally!

I'm not sure if you're been watching one of the newest reality shows to hit BravoTV called "Fashion Hunters" on BravoTV Fashion Tuesdays at 10:30pm (PST).   It's all about a fashion consignment store in the Nolita neighborhood of New York.  The staff scours the city for designer brands they can resell at discounted prices.  Sound familiar?  They search the closets and attics of New York City's elite and not to mention a few celebrities to find the hottest designer finds, returning to the store to sell it to the downtown hipsters or socialites looking for their next "big" purchase.  

When we saw the previews for the show in early September on BravoTV, the OQS staff got excited and thought why didn't we think of this? Well, maybe we didn't think of this exact idea, but we did know creating a commercial featuring our in-house expert fashion stylist Kirsten Prosser, who is no stranger to world of reality shows (Danske Hollywoodfruer), discussing some of the great finds at On Que Style would be a hit.

The commercial it's just a glimpse of the some of the luxury designer handbags, apparel, shoes and accessories we offer at On Que Style.  Luckily the day of the filming we recently received three Hermes Birkin handbags which are also featured in the commercial.
