Look of the Day: Chic Leather Shorts

Let's face it shorts are great for the beach or an afternoon spent at the Farmer's Market, but for city chic style, it's normally not the top of my list. That's until Shiloh McKasson, fashion stylist, styled this look. She put the chic in shorts and left the biker chick style behind.

Leather shorts have been on the fashion scene for several seasons, from celebrities like Alexa Chung to Ashley Greene, the style is perfect for the fashionista who's not afraid of a little leather for Summer.

Here Shiloh paired leather shorts by Chloe with a sheer beaded bib blouse by Valentino creating a look chic enough the streets of Paris. To complete the look, Shiloh added the gorgeous Chanel Paris Shanghai Classic Double Flap bag from the 2010 Collection. What do you think about leather shorts? While some work looks are only for 9 to 5, at On Que Style, we love it when an outfit that can work overtime and take you from the office to the cocktail hour with friends. but the Prada Crocodile Red Frame Handbag that gives it the perfect lady-like finish. The shoes, well, we love the edginess of the booties by Cesare Paciotti and we think they speak for themselves! This look is just made for working overtime and who wouldn't work to wear this all night?!?!
